However, I often feel that different laboratories have different research environments.The brothers in the lab where I work are harmonious.However, some laboratories do fight separately, and things and common things are divided into particularly clear parts.Some are even opposites, and my things are not allowed to you.I remember the vacuum arc smelting, started that half a year, every time I smelted, my senior would be by my side, because the arc temperature is very high, if there is a slip, it will melt the metal conductive chassis below.So every time I work, my brother stays with me.But I also saw some laboratory senior in charge of the instrument, so I scolded my junior.One of my classmates is going to repair the electric couple every three or five years, this is not a person to complete the thing, he always asked me for help, I envy me, because their laboratory is their own business.Later, when I arrived at the doctor, although there was no contradiction in the laboratory, there was no one in charge of each, but to be honest, there was little exchange.My personal understanding is that the direction of the laboratory is too mixed, everyone is different, not very understanding, and not interested.So often, sometimes there will be a sense of loneliness, their own problems, to find a consultation with no one.Do you do ceramic coating, find a steel to do the preparation of ceramic coating?Talk about your doubts?Honestly, I don't like this environment.Teachers and students also criticized me for not being patient, such as when they asked me what I corroded, I replied, "Look at the test specifications first, and then look at the books."Because of the miscellaneous directions, they may not mainly do corrosion, corrosion books they basically do not read, do not understand anything, have to be like them in class, for a long time, I am tired.Therefore, if the subject direction of the laboratory is too scattered, I am harmful from the perspective of scientific research system construction, or from the perspective of laboratory life and laboratory exchange and cooperation.Some people say that the direction of the laboratory is mixed, you can learn a lot of things, understand a lot of knowledge ah, but I feel that the students themselves can't do it, and they are not interested in the direction of their own eight poles.Maybe I'm a bad guy, not going in.
