In recent years, the society has been paying attention to the employment of college students, and is widely discussing the difficulty of College Students' employment, worried that they can't find a job. This concern itself is no problem, but starting from our private enterprises, we are not worried about their difficulty in employment, because it is difficult for us to recruit college students. This is not because my business is not good - my business has factories in 11 countries and a large number of personnel are appointed every year, but it is still difficult to recruit suitable college students.

At the same time, today's universities seem to be very strict in the cultivation and management of students. But the problem is that, on the one hand, the discipline setting and talent training of the school itself can not meet the needs of the society. This means that the students trained by universities do not necessarily meet the needs of enterprises. On the other hand, up to now, the goal of College Students' emphasis on employment is still civil servants. If they can't get into the civil service, they have to deliver express, take out, or simply lie at home and rely on their parents.

I can see these problems, and I believe many people can see them. As for the causes of the problems, I think there are the following points.

The first is poverty. Since the end of the Qing Dynasty, China has been in turmoil for a long time, so that when new China was founded, facing the dilapidated situation, we implemented the planned economy and continued until the reform and opening up. At that time, the proportion of high school students who could enter universities was very low. This brings about the second problem - the extremely scarce resources of college students must first meet the overall needs of the country, which also leads to college students becoming the "favored son of heaven" in people's eyes.

Today, this concept has been very backward. After all, some data show that the admission rate of domestic college students in the college entrance examination can reach 80%, but some of our ideas about the growth of college students are still in the early stage of reform and opening up. Especially in the new century, with the large-scale entry of private capital into the field of higher education, the group of college students has become increasingly popular. At this time, some college students still think that if they can't get into the civil service, they will have no "face", and even don't work for a long time, just waiting for a so-called "opportunity", which is obviously unreasonable.

Decent jobs are limited. In order to seek such jobs, our children are escorted by their parents from kindergarten to primary school, middle school and university. This also forms path dependence - the Student Union believes that after such efforts, if they still can't be admitted to the civil service, they will be ashamed of their parents or even themselves, so they won't easily choose employment.

In contrast, the American practice is to train students from primary school, junior high school and senior high school, so that they can learn to protect themselves and know their potential at the same time. When a student enters the youth stage, college education will cultivate his faith, and students can also improve themselves by work study or summer work. When they really want to integrate into society, they already have practical working ability.

From this point of view, at present, we need to adjust our ideas for the cultivation of students' employment thought and employability, and find solutions from the way of education. This is also the ideological basis of my decision to organize Fuyao University of science and technology.

Over the years, we have often mentioned the need to "people-oriented", that is, to make the country strong, there should be all kinds of excellent talents, and to cultivate such talents, it is absolutely impossible without high-quality education.

Therefore, I want to explore a new school running mode. In this mode, after entering the University, college students should accept the guidance of two teachers, one is the internal teachers of the University, the other is the personnel dispatched by the enterprise. For example, senior engineers of the enterprise should not only improve students' practical ability, but also cultivate students' self-confidence ability, so as to make them believe that they can enter the society and become useful talents.

This is not impossible.

Take my enterprise as an example. Previously, there were no postgraduates among our employees. The employees recruited were undergraduates or even junior college students, but I am proud to say that several of them have enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council. Therefore, I believe that as long as we train them in an appropriate and reasonable way, they will become talents.

To do a good job in the enterprise, we must first train people well, and improve their realm, mind and height while teaching them technology, so that they can work at ease. This is an educational reform I want to explore. It can be said that the purpose of Fuyao University of science and technology is not to simply let China have more universities, but to learn from international advanced experience and find a way for China's talent training.

It is worth mentioning that this time I donated money to build the University in the name of Heren foundation, and the funds came from charitable funds. I think education can let charities and public welfare organizations participate more. Especially in China, more responsible entrepreneurs should stand up. However, the state also needs to make provisions that no one is allowed to make profits by investing in education, because education is the wealth of the country. If there are a large number of capital for profit in the field of education, there will be problems in running education.

In recent years, everyone has developed education as an industry, but I think education should be a career, not an industry. In this regard, the entry of some capital is a very unfair thing for ordinary people.

I hope that higher education will cultivate a group of young people with a high sense of social responsibility and strong national and national consciousness in the future. I am also convinced that such talents can be trained through universities. However, to achieve this, we should first cultivate young people's self-confidence, starting from improving cultural self-confidence, ability self-confidence and behavior self-confidence, so that they can integrate into the society completely.

Here, I suggest that the domestic educational circles should start a discussion on the old saying "learning makes an official". In my understanding, the "official" here should seek the opportunity to serve the country and the people, not stay at home, let alone bring disaster to the country and the people after "learning and excellence". This is the so-called "product". What we want is talents with excellent character and learning.

As for the future management mode of Fuyao University of science and technology, the school will not be directly managed by me in the future, but will be handed over to the president selected by haipin, who will set up an education team and a teacher team. We are responsible for coordinating relevant matters between the government and local governments. After all, professional things should be done by professional people.

Before the new president is in place, it needs to go through several stages. The first step is to submit the documents for review; The second step is land acquisition and demolition. The first two are the responsibility of the government, and the task has been completed. The third step is to plan and design the campus by me; The fourth step is the project management contracting I am responsible for, because I supervise all matters involving money; The fifth step is to prepare the construction funds, which have been fully put in place at present; The sixth step is to organize the education team to implement the plan. In my lifetime, I hope to run this university well.
