Among the same majors in universities, we should pay attention to the national unified professional syllabus, compile professional teaching materials and unify the training mechanism of training objectives. These industry universities have made due contributions to the training of applied technical talents for national economic construction. The undergraduate education in our university is mainly based on the teaching of professional skills and knowledge in the exam oriented education mode. Therefore, for a long time, China's undergraduate education, especially the professional skills and corresponding basic course knowledge of key university graduates, is relatively solid. They are award-winning experts with objective test questions as the main type of competition at home and abroad. This may be the basis for the famous scholar's view that "the quality of our undergraduate education is world-class". However, due to our undergraduate examination oriented teaching mode, college students seriously lack general knowledge education other than professional knowledge, especially independent innovative scientific thinking education. As a result, our college students can only adapt to work related to their majors after graduation. "One career for life" is a true portrayal of College Students' Employment at that time. College students generally lack the ability of independent thinking and market response, and these abilities can not only rely on the knowledge learning of professional classroom teaching. Managers and teachers of our university generally attach importance to undergraduate professional teaching, including classroom teaching, experimental teaching, internship teaching and graduation design. In the subconscious of some university managers and even professors, "general education" seems to belong to "illusory" useless knowledge, such as a large number of "science education chicken soup" knowledge education. Our teachers (including myself) generally lack the "qualification" to guide and impart students' knowledge outside the classroom. We simply believe that extracurricular activities organized by relevant departments of the school are an important way to cultivate students' organizational ability and "innovation ability", such as allowing students to participate more in some autonomous community activities of students in the school, and some "scientific and technological innovation projects" dominated by school activities and still dominated by professional skills, Although such projects have positive significance for cultivating students' practical ability.
