I said that two private affairs need to be done in the morning and go to his office in the afternoon. He said well. In the morning, the elder sister drove me to run a lot of places, busy, until 2:30 in the afternoon, did not complete the main tasks of Shenyang. So call the tutor. He's been there waiting for me. Half an hour later, I came to his office. Although I haven't met for about a year or so, my mentor has become a gray haired "old man.". When I got to the office, I took off my clothes and put them on his chair. The two elder sisters went to fetch water. At this time, I told my tutor that nothing was brought from Australia. Although my mentor is called the "bull" in the field, he has always been demanding on every student of his own. I wrote a "tutor taught me to write my first academic paper" a few days before. Among his graduates, many have been professors, associate professors or senior leaders of domestic universities or enterprises, and some have held lifelong teaching positions in foreign universities, and have made their debut on the international stage. Last year, I applied for the laboratory natural fund, and I received 8 grants, four of which were the first applicants for his students. So far, he has trained more than 40 doctoral students, and clearly records the location of each student on his personal website, which year he enters school, which year he graduated, and his doctoral project. Because of the profound knowledge in the field, the tutor gives students a good arrangement in the selection of doctoral projects every year. Every year, he chooses several meaningful and hot topics for students to choose. If the students are not satisfied, they can also put forward their own ideas. The tutor can see if it is suitable for a doctor's project according to the direction of the field development. As far as my own doctoral program is concerned, it is my own suggestion. Because of the positive interaction between the tutor and the students during the doctoral period, every student deeply respects and respects him. Every year, he celebrated his birthday. Students in school would organize to celebrate his birthday spontaneously. Students from other places would write and call spontaneously.

Although the tutor is busy, he can take good care of his family. The teacher and mother are very kind, and the assistant tutor has dealt with many things. They have always supported each other since they realized that they are now. Now sometimes I call my tutor, he will tell me to ride a bicycle with my wife on the Hun River. His daughter is a rare talent. In that year, she was submitted to Peking University, and gave up her major because of her dislike. She finally took the Beijing University. Later, he studied as a master of Arts at Peking University. She may be the girl I have ever seen merging wisdom and beauty. She is still alone in Shanghai, hoping she can find the right husband as soon as possible.

An excellent doctoral student becomes a professor, and must have had an excellent doctoral supervisor. I don't know why, now many people have become doctoral tutors themselves, and forget their brilliant style of doctoral supervisors. I am very glad to meet a rare good mentor, I will be like him, as a good professor, have the opportunity to cultivate their own doctoral students, such generation passed down.
