After reading teacher Li Honghan's two articles on human autonomy or production, how to live more meaningfully and so on, I think many of them are right, especially the concept in the previous one. In this regard, I would also like to make some personal comments for your reference.

In my opinion, although human needs and physiological needs are the first, which is the basic needs, after meeting the basic needs, the high-level needs are the realization of self-worth, respect and other aspects, and then the high-level needs are the needs of culture, civilization and harmony between society and natural environment.

If you want to achieve these goals, you have to work first. If you don't work, you won't have food and use. When you work, you meet the basic needs, which is also the low-level needs in Maslow's requirements principle. Isn't this job altruistic? In fact, it is altruistic as well as personal. That is to say, it has both benefits at the same time. Do you need to work hard? The answer is: you can work hard and be positive; It can also be dealt with, but if it affects the efficiency and quality of the work of the unit, it will be criticized and punished, and if it is serious, it will be dismissed; And if you deal with it all the time, you are a laggard, and people will not respect you much, let alone get praise. Well, you have to work hard for yourself. In this way, the unit will know that you have the ability, contribute more, and give you more salary and reward. You will get more reward, and realize your basic physiological needs such as eating, wearing, using and walking. So, is this autonomy? I think different people have different psychological states and different identities. It can be regarded as productive or autonomous. When you make contributions to the general public and society, and are praised, you can meet the psychological needs, and you can take the initiative to do the work. This is autonomy, not passivity, and being led.

When all the above basic physiological needs are met, many of people's needs are still high-level, that is, the need to receive education, to be respected and to realize their self-worth, and so on. Almost all of us have these needs. Then, if we want to do it, we must actively, diligently, and actively climb and struggle. Instead of waiting, sitting and playing. That won't work. There is no arbitrariness here. I think it's wrong and misunderstanding to understand that it belongs to autonomy. This is to do the above things well, which also belongs to autonomy. It is active, not passive, negative, and the kind of mentality of being led.

Therefore, the dialectical relationship of everyone for me and I for everyone is right, and everyone has worked hard to realize your personal needs and wishes, and also made contributions to the civilization, harmony and sustainable development of society.

Since I graduated from 1982, I have been teaching in two universities for decades. I always encourage students to work hard, work hard and make progress. My team is often climbing mountains and wading around. We not only have to climb mountains, but also measure a lot of plant quadrats. In places where it is quite difficult to walk a few steps or more than 10 meters, we have to measure many ecological indicators of plants of hundreds to thousands of square meters, collect specimens, and so on. But they are very happy, because I am like that. They just like this kind of work. We take pains as pleasure. We think this is our pursuit and our work. Of course, the data analysis, specimen making and identification, database entry and other work in the laboratory are also not easy, but we think it is equally interesting work. Our team and cooperative units have worked hard together to cooperate with the government's ecological environment department in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. After 15 years of hard work and unremitting efforts, we have made a lot of achievements in ecological monitoring, ecosystem structure, vegetation succession dynamics, the relationship between animal and plant community structure and diversity, as well as the impact factors and countermeasures, It was well received. Some of our strategies and practices have been promoted, and now they have been carried out in various provinces. I have done promotion for Guangxi and other places, and now Guangxi has invested a lot in the province wide ecological monitoring and research. One of my disciples, professor and doctor of the autonomous region ecological environment monitoring center, happily told me that our ideas and plans at that time have been realized. This is a wish, an ideal, and we will fight for it. Of course, I think that is the early stage of the implementation of the plan of a province or autonomous region. There is a lot of work to be done. There is still a lot of work to be done in the ecological monitoring, ecological research and protection research in various places.
