Here, I choose to present part of the content of guiding a student, hoping to be beneficial to the relevant tutors and students.
1、 On the general idea of research

(1) On research methods

According to the method of literature (of course, online experiment is used in the literature, you need to change to offline experiment), the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, After the pretest, the subjects in the experimental group wrote 9 beautiful things of 3 categories every day for 7 consecutive days, while the subjects in the control group wrote 9 items of early memory every day for 7 consecutive days (if it is found that the subjects have difficulty in writing the contents of early memory through the pre-test, they can record the three meal recipes and the weather in the morning, morning and afternoon every day). The post test was carried out on the eighth day. The expected result is that the level of learning burnout in the experimental group is significantly lower than that in the control group.
In Experiment 2, the intervention effects of one week and two weeks were tested. Experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 (all subjects were required not to participate in Experiment 1) were selected for the pre-test. After that, the subjects in experimental group 1 were required to write three kinds of 9 beautiful things every day for one week, while the subjects in experimental group 2 were required to write three kinds of 9 beautiful things every day for two weeks, and the post-test was carried out on the 15th day. The expected experimental result is that the effect of two weeks' Jiumei technology intervention is better than that of one week's Jiumei technology intervention.
In Experiment 3, to test the difference between self discovery and appreciation of beautiful things, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 (all subjects were required not to participate in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2) were selected for pretest. After that, the subjects in experimental group 1 were required to write 9 beautiful things in 3 categories every day for one week, and the subjects in experimental group 2 were required to read 9 beautiful things in 3 categories every day for one week, The posttest was carried out on the 8th day. The expected result is that self discovery is better than acceptance and appreciation.
If the three experiments get the expected results, then it is verified that Jiumei technology is an effective measure to alleviate the learning burnout of junior high school students, and this method can be used to solve the learning burnout problem of more junior high school students.
There are three experiments in this kind of research, and the workload is certainly enough; This research result is certainly useful to the actual mental health education work, and also enlightening to other researchers. It is much better than those papers that use three or more questionnaires to test and carry out various complex analysis. As for the Jiumei materials provided, it can be determined through pre experiment. The method is very simple. You can find these three types of materials on the Internet, ask 10 students to evaluate them, and select those materials approved by students.
