It is necessary to achieve good academic achievements and lay a solid discipline foundation. However, doctoral students must not only do "young people in small town" in the first academic year. Besides book examination, we must do research as early as possible. At the same time, I always think that at the end of the first academic year, I should write more than 95% of the work of Chapter I "research background and research progress at home and abroad", and at the same time, I should finish the basic content of Chapter II "experimental methods and basic theories" of doctoral dissertation. In the second academic year, the doctoral students should strive to complete the research contents of the third and fourth chapters, and write 1-2 papers of medium level according to the research content. In the third academic year, the author completed the research contents of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the doctoral dissertation, and published 2-3 academic papers of higher level according to the research results. In the first half of the Fourth academic year, the second chapter - Chapter six of the doctoral dissertation is supplemented and perfected, and the conclusion of Chapter 7 is written. Meanwhile, in the first half of the fourth year, the doctoral students will submit their first draft of the doctoral thesis to the tutor, so that they have enough time to help you modify it. 2) Doctoral students should focus their main energy on "research". Nowadays, the social temptation is very big, such as online games, IELTS test, social activities, etc., which will unconsciously occupy a large amount of academic research time for doctoral students. I personally object to students playing online games. As for the IELTS going abroad, I don't think it should take too much research time. If the English foundation is not good, it is very difficult to have a high score, and it is also very time consuming and it is not worth it. As for the general interpersonal and social remuneration, I think it is OK to meet with friends and watch a movie on Saturday Sunday. However, I should pay attention to personal energy and time arrangement, especially not drinking alcohol, and I can't study efficiently for the next week after drinking more. Some people told me that it might help me to know more friends during the doctoral period. Such a knowledge is still superficial. If you are not strong in scientific research, others can't help you. If you have strong scientific research ability, you can help yourself without help from others. During my doctoral study, I usually go to the office before 8:00 every day, and I return to the dormitory for rest at about 11:00 in the evening. At the same time, my family conditions were poor, and I didn't have money to treat. So, most of the energy was devoted to the research of doctoral dissertation, and the research atmosphere was better. There were many academic achievements. My tutor never worried about my doctor's delay.

3) Doctoral students should report the progress of the research to their tutors in time. After each experiment, doctoral students should timely organize the data, report the collected data to the tutor, and find innovative results or find mistakes and take less detours. 4) The doctoral students should organize the research results in time. It is very simple to write doctoral thesis, which is basically to make a systematic arrangement of the scientific research work done during the doctoral period. However, some people spend half a year writing doctoral dissertation, while others only take a month to write them. The reason for the difference is whether the results of the study are often "written" during the doctor's period. It is easier for postgraduates to finish a group of laboratories, however, if they can not organize the results in time, the results may be forgotten for a long time.
